The Institute of Marine Biology, Biotechnology and AquaCulture (IMBBC) is one of the three institutes of the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research (HCMR). The working policy of our institute is versatile with topic orientated laboratories rather than PI owning labs. It is fully-equipped with aquaculture facilities, molecular biology laboratories, state-of-the-art sequencing as well as a bio-informatics platform.
IMBBC-HCMR is an active member of the Hellenic Bioinformatics Platform as well as EMBRC and ELIXIR Network. Both networks are acting as configurator systems for IMBBC-HCMR and thus also available for the present projects.
